In a large montrose-by-designed apartment building, Coöperatie became cooperative, this rent with two bedrooms has a recently updated kitchen, laundry in a unit and two full baths. It is located on the first floor of 133 8th Avenue, which is just one block away from Prospect Park.
Plans for two four -storey apartment houses on the corner of 8th Avenue and Montgomery Place were submitted in 1910 By builder George E. Lovett & Co. Architect Monrose Morris was behind the Beaux-Arts style of both walk-ups. The two limestone and brick buildings are within the Historical District Park Slope.
Probably from a larger original flat, this device has rooms that radiate a central foyer that is large enough for dining. There are new light wood floors everywhere and most walls and trim are in shades of cream and white.
An eruption of yellow in the foyer where a graphic wallpaper adorns one wall is an exception. A curved doorway leads to the living room, which is spacious and has two exposures and a cupboard.
The kitchen with window has been renovated with light green cupboards, an apron for the front and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. Opposite the fridge, a stacked washing machine and dryer are put under a cupboard.
The primary bedroom has been expanded, with a walk -in closet, a private bathroom and a corner that could serve as a petite office. The bath with a private bathroom, with neutral finishes, has a walk-in shower, while the second full bath contains a vintage tub and a stained glass window.
The second bedroom has windows on two expansions, a dark blue ceiling and some built -in planks. Facilities in the building include bicycle storage and a video intercom.
Rent is $ 7,000 a month and Marc Solomon of Compass has the list. Worth the question?
