When I go on my Suzuki GSX-8R, there are a few things I want. I want the feeling of speed, the vibration of the engine in my steering wheel, and perhaps even more important, I want to look hot. The problem is that it is difficult Rug as a three -unit While you still cover yourself with all the amor needed to make a safe (R) entry. That’s true Pando Moto Comes in. While the rest of the world makes or makes motorcycle equipment that is technical, but intestinal or inaugeless subtle, Pando Moto makes equipment that stands out in a good way. The prices you pay here are those from fashion.
I drove around in Pando Moto’s Shell WW Black 02 Bodysuit and Mila Cargo Black Cargo-Jean last summer, so that the equipment brings everything from fast bops through Brooklyn to hours of tours for motocamping. Both pieces are just as safe as you would hope for equipment of their price, but more than they actually look good, a brand that miss so many equipment makers in their pursuit of technical.
Full disclosure: Pando Moto sent me a few Mila Cargo Black -Broek and a Shell WW Black 02 Bodysuit for review. Then the company sent me a few more pants, because the first were way Too big. Ill Come in that part later.
Pando Moto Shell WW Black 02
Between the two Pando pieces I was most enthusiastic about the Shell WW Black 02 Top. Motorycling often requires that we add jackets to our summer rides, and those two just do not fit well, especially if you are stuck in traffic, bake in the heat of an uncovered highway. I hoped that the WW Bodysuit would become cooler, breathe better and look especially hotter than all the jackets in my closet.
Pando Moto has nailed it by appearance. The WW Black clings to my curves in a way that is very flattering, so that I look as hot as I feel when I am on the bike. It is also comfortable, with more stretch in the material than you would expect from his AA -Slide rating and more flexibility in his armor of level 1 than everything on this side of D3O Ghost. The rear protector adds some bulk, as all level 2 -back protectors do, but it is worth the coverage area. At a certain point I tried to put the pillow in one of my coats and it didn’t even fit.
The hot looks of this bodysuit unfortunately also put themselves in the translation into hot to wear. It breathes well enough in motion and can be simply cold on a cool enough highway ride, but every red light will remind you that you are covered with a skintight black fabric from neck to blemish. Try to remove the suit after sweating in it, and you will also be reminded that it is actually aa rated it is a bit of a production to drop the suit out of your skin, and God help you if you have the rear protector. The Velcro -like buckle on the cross makes removal of removal, but it is still aier. Just try to be hot enough on the bike that someone else is doing that part for you.
The Shell WW Black 02 Sells for $ 318 at the time of writing, expensive but not out of the line for motorcycle jackets. Admittedly, you can do most of them if you reach your destination, but they don’t look that good for your bike evening or group ride. For my money I would like one in my closet, but I don’t want it to be my only protection of the upper body-I also like a mesh jacket to throw a tank top. For the size of the size I am 5’11 “with a 27-inch waist and 39-inch bust, with a size medium.
Pando Moto Mila position Black
The Mila Cargo Black is an AA rating-Jean that looks like normal denim, with armored bags in the knees and hips. Stop me if you have heard that before. It is not a complicated formula, nothing unique, so it makes you wonder what special sauce Pando Moto has brought here. Well, it turns out that there is actually a little more about this jeans than you see in mind – if you manage to find your size when you are going to buy them.
These jeans are less flexible and stretchable than the A-rated Jeggings that have become my daily wear, but the Cordura-Dima material that they have been made of is still more flexible than some jeans you will find from Levi’s. They are also shocking, despite the lack of ventilation openings or mesh. They have exterior zippers for removing knee path, easy access to the hip cushion bags and bags that zipper or understand to hold all your things while you are on the bike. I actually put things in my back pockets on the bike in the Pando Moto Jeans, which I will not do in other pants.
But the big disadvantage with the Mila Cargo Black is the dimensions, in particular finding a few to actually fit. I initially tried a few in a 28×34 size, which I naively assumed that I would mean a 28-inch waist. The pants that I received was huge, with a waistband of more than 31 centimeters on the inside, and I finally exchanged them for a 26×32 that is closer to my waist, but just too short to cover my ankles in a week. Even in the smaller size, I still find the pants loose and I eventually pull them up, even with the bodysuit put in.
The Mila Cargo Black Also sells for $ 318 at the time of writing, which is at the expensive end for driving on jeans. I would consider very strongly to drop my own money on them if they came into a size that fits me a little better (maybe a 25×34, in their measurements), but I would not care for them while they are sitting. That is more a problem than something wrong with the pants, I am just too long for some brands, and it is a bit of a shame – I really like the comfort, breathable capacity and the characteristics of the Mila. If you are shorter or thicker than me, they are a great Jean. For the comparisons of the size I am still 5’11 “with a 27-inch waist and 36 inch hips, with a 26×32.
