The Ola Electric Mobility board has approved the appointment of Deepak Rastogi as the company’s Chief Financial Officer with effect from January 20. Rastogi will also serve as key management personnel and will be part of the company’s senior management team, the company said in a disclosure to the stock exchanges. Harish Abichandani has resigned as Chief Financial Officer with effect from the close of business on January 19, 2026.

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) and Abu Dhabi Gas Liquefaction Company (ALNG), UAE have signed a Sale Purchase Agreement (SPA) for the purchase of liquefied natural gas (LNG) for a term of 10 years. ALNG is a subsidiary of ADNOC Gas, a global, large-scale integrated gas processing and sales company active across the gas value chain.
