The Open de Espana 2025 will take place from October 9 to 12, with the DP World Tour event taking place at the prestigious Club de Campo Villa de Madrid in Spain.
The event is part of the 2025 DP World Tour calendar and offers a challenging par-71 layout designed by Javier Arana that requires precise driving accuracy and features difficult greens, especially on the back nine.
The tournament is led by Jon Rahm, three-time winner in 2018, 2019 and 2022 and runner-up to last year’s Angel Hidalgo in 2024.
Rahm is aiming for a record-breaking fourth title against a field that also includes fellow LIV Golf stars Joaquin Niemann, Sergio Garcia, Patrick Reed, Tom McKibbin and David Puig.
The course favors strong drivers who can attack the short par fives and the driveable 18th hole.
