Ola Electric Dowle Get 8% while GOVT GST turns off on two -wheelers with a maximum of 350 cc capacity

Shares of OLA Electric fell nearly 8% to hit the lowest point of the day of RS 63.71 on the NSE on Thursday after the government had reduced the goods and service tax (GST) on two-wheelers with engine capacity to 350 cc to 18% of 28%.

The move, aimed at stimulating Ice Two-Wheeler Sales, is seen in the field of an electric demand for two-wheeler, although the actual impact will play over time.

Like a fall -out, more than 58 crore shares of Ola Electric de Nse changed around 1:30 PM.

Anuj Gupta, director of YA Wealth Global Research, said that the profit booking in Ola shares was from the GST opposition, but the shares still look positive for goals up to RS 90-100, because the new EV policy will support the shares.

The new rates will take effect from September 22.

OLA Electric shares have seen a sharp rebound, which in recent weeks has been one of the best-performing New-Age Tellers income. OLA Electric Q1 performance

Ola’s strong stock rally in 2025 contrasts with its financial tension. The company recorded a net loss of RS 428 Crore in the quarter of June, deeper than a year ago, because the turnover fell 50% on an annual basis to RS 828 Crore.

On the better side, the gross margins improved to 25.6%, helped by cost support of its PLI certification. The management has also guaranteed the approval of the shareholders to re -assign IPO funds and to expand the implementation period lines, which repeats the focus on capital discipline.
