π Commercial: The Eastchester section of the Bronx saw the biggest commercial deal in the Big Apple. UPS sold an industrial building of 72,200 square meters 4275 Boston Road for $15.2 million or about $210 per square foot. The buyer was an LLC affiliated with Englewood, based in New Jersey Sitex groupwhose CEO is Brian Milberg. UPS will continue to lease the property, records show.
π Commercial: Enter Williamsburg Music Hall 66 North 6th Street sold for $14 million. The seller was located in Charlotte, North Carolina Asana partners. The Bowery Presents, which runs the popular music venue, confirmed this New York Post in December that the lease for the space would not be renewed. The new owners of the building are companies they are associated with Michael Weitzman.
π Residential: A bond of trust associated with Mark Affoltera portfolio manager at Ares, dropped $9.8 million on an apartment at Debrossesstraat 16 in Tribeca. The seller of the pillow was Cooperlauritzen Properties LLCthat purchased the unit, a penthouse, in 2016 for $7.1 million. The unit measures approximately 3,300 square feet and costs less than $3,000 per square foot. Douglas Elliman had the mention.
π Residential area: Alexandra and Maria Laracy paid $9.1 million for a penthouse in 225 Fifth Avenue in Nomad. The sellers were Alessandro and Renata Carlucci. The four-bedroom pad measures 2,900 square feet. It went on sale in September with an asking price of $9.8 million. Sotheby’s International Realty represented the sellers, who bought the device a decade ago for $7.9 million.
