The seller was an LLC affiliated with Gould Investors And Georgetown Partnersand the buyer was 42-02 NB Owner LLC. Home to a Food Bazaar, the building spans nearly 75,000 square feet and has not been traded for decades.
📊 Commercial: On the Upper East Side, an apartment complex 1330 Third Avenue sold for $8.4 million. The seller was an LLC, affiliated with Steven M. Bari, who had owned the buildings since the 1970s. The buyer was an LLC associated with an oral surgeon Dr. Zargari innings And Minoo jewelry. The 7,300 square meter building is five stories high and has eight units with retail on the ground floor. Sales work out to about $1,200 per square foot.
📊 Commercial: In Nomad, the Senton Hotel West27estraat 39 traded for $27.2 million. The seller, the Senton Hotel West Corp, bought the seven-storey property in the 1980s. The newest owner was an LLC associated with it Lee Fung Fong And Henry Zheng. America provided a $17 million loan for the acquisition. The building spans approximately 26,000 square feet and is priced at more than $1,000 per square foot under the latest deal.
📊 Residential: A sponsorship unit at The Harper op 310 East 86th Street in Yorkville sold for $6 million or about $2,200 per square foot. The buyer was 310CL LLC. The unit spans nearly 2,700 square feet and has four bedrooms and four and a half baths. UNITED is the developer of the project, and Core takes care of the sales. The asking price of the device was $6.3 million.
