Rangers still haven’t won with both Adam Fox and Igor Shesterkin injured. They also don’t skate, so it’s not like their return is imminent, which applies more to Shesterkin (IR) than Fox (LTIR). On the plus side, the Rangers showed life, albeit briefly, before blowing a 2-0 lead against Seattle in another loss. The common theme is that Rangers only score two goals. They lost 3-2 to Utah, 5-2 to Buffalo, 10-2 to Boston and 4-2 to Seattle. If they lose their next four matches by scores of 6-2, 7-2, 8-2 and 9-2, I’ll be impressed.
This is going to be painful folks.
