The Pemberton Homes -Team has been at Exp Realty since 2018. In those seven years, Pemberton said that his team has grown year after year 110% and now includes around 200 agents and seven offices, all of whom make the switch to the new launched Pembertonre.

In addition to a real estate brokerage, Pemberton also runs independent title, mortgage, insurance and real estate investment companies. By becoming an independent brokerage, these service companies will be able to seamlessly serve the consumers of Pemberton, he said.
“When I came to my first brokerage, I realized that they gave me a handbook and a cupboard and said good luck. We have our own videographers and a complete marketing department, and we make brand recordings for agents, as well as coaching and training and of course lead generation,” Pemberton said. “It is a team model, but we have scaled it in a brokerage and now we want to introduce it to the market.”
While Pemberton is enthusiastic about launching his brokerage, he takes some tips from Exp, including the income share program.
“I think if a brokerage does not have an internal income model internally, they will continue, they are far behind,” he said.
