Is it time for the Pittsburgh Penguins to continue from Bryan Rust and Rickard Rakell?

Penguins GM should not hurry to exchange peace or rakell, but have to intensify conversations. The return must be good. They could get a first round pick or a top perspective, together with cleaning up their dop space in the next two or three years.
By continuing with peace and/or Rakell would help their chances of landing the top contact and landing Gavin McKenna and helping the rebuilding to move a little faster.
