Button: “I’m a big believer, Sarah, that if you’re looking for outside help to solve the problems that your current players have created, you’ve got a bigger problem than you thought. So the first thing is to get your team to perform to their potential.”

You always want to improve your setup. You’re always looking for ways to improve your setup. But if you’re looking for someone, or someone comes from outside to solve your problems, guess what? Problems that go away on their own will return on their own. You have to fix them. You cannot look for solutions from outside. The solution now lies in the hands of the Edmonton Oilers. It is not outside their organization.”
There aren’t many options available right now, but the Montreal Canadiens are looking to add to their forward group

The Canadiens were interested before they started having injury problems. They won’t rush anything, and they realize they aren’t cup contenders yet, so they won’t make any foolish moves. If they make a major trade, it will extend beyond this season. They will also keep an eye on smaller, stop-gap movements.
