Carter was one of the best pass-rush design prospects in recent memory, and he wasted no time to make an impact in his first career game. The third general choice in this year’s design led all Rookies in Pff Passrush degree in week 1 (78.3). His versatility was completely visible when he records dominant victories versus three commanders offensive rulers, including his first career pocket against Pro Bowl Laremy Tunsil.
