Alexander Isak reported on Wednesday for the first time as a Liverpool player and arrived in the AXA training center after representing Sweden.
Isak had to wait for Deadline Day to see his move to Anfield confirm, with Liverpool setting a new British transfer record in a £ 125 million deal.
The new No. 9 received his first taste to be a Liverpool player in performing his medical, met a few new teammates, including Jeremie Frimpong, before he played Sweden.
He played his first minutes since the last day of last season against Kosovo on Monday and came from the bank for the last 18 minutes in a positive step to full fitness.
On Wednesday he reported to the AXA training center for his official act as a Liverpool player when the first wave of international players returned to Burnley prior to Sunday’s trip.

The club’s cameras conquered the Swede that arrived at the training field and greet physical performance coach Ruben Peeters, who will be the key to get Isak back to the full match sharpness.
Stefan Bajcetic and goalkeeper Freddie Woodman were also depicted to prepare their breakfast in the canteen, while Federico Chiesa, Jeremie Frimpong and Joe Gomez were seen in the gym.
The full contingent of senior players is only expected on Thursday.
The majority of Liverpool team played on the continent, but Alisson, Alexis Mac Allister and Wataru Endo traveled to South America or the United States and played early on Wednesday morning (UK -time).
Fortunately there were no injuries to report for Liverpool prior to a busy schedule of seven games in 21 days.
When could Alexander Isak make his Liverpool debut?
Isak is free to play against Burnley on Sunday, but even he admitted during his first interview with the club that, although that is the goal, he knows that he has something to catch up with.
“I had a difficult summer where I have not played games and I have had limited training, so I think that is one to judge and analyze where I am and how much I am ready to give,” he said.
His time with Sweden will have been favorable, a rare event in which international breaks are involved, but since mid -July has been trained alone, caution will arise.
The Fitness and Medical Department of Liverpool will come up with a plan alongside Arne Slot, although the debut of Isak will inevitably come from the bank while he is rebuilt to a place in the XI.
The Reds have every midweek and the weekend until the international break of October, which means that there is no shortage of the chance to play his role.
