NFL Breakout Player predictions for Colts, Texans, Jaguars and Titans

It is really a person’s division to take the AFC South.

While Houston is the reigning champions of the division, they enter 2025 with questions about their attacking sustainability. Jacksonville may have the best shot to fire them, but with one of the youngest coaching staff ever collected in their first year, we don’t know what they will look like. The Colts have been coming for a while, but a QB contour can undo their season before it starts. The Titans … well, they are the titans.

The person who comes from the AFC South has fought a tough fight to get there, and these guys will help them reach the top of the mountain with a Breakout 2025 campaign.

Houston Texans: LB Henry To’oto’o

The defense of the Texans has the chance to be the best in the game next year, and I think they are a leap in the game from Tot’oto’o or LB Christian Harris Wegwoad. I go to’oto’o here, because he brings a speed and reach that the other LBS in the team simply does not have. He led the Texans in Tackles last season and provided many Splash theater pieces in the middle of the field. To’oto’o is a bit substandard, making it even more important that the Texans strengthen their defensive tackle place, but if you can keep it clean, his reach should help him make a new leap.

Indianapolis Colts: Randle leather

Latu is such a refined and technical winner as a pass Rusher that he will certainly break through at some point. His Rookie season in 2024 did not come with a lot of fanfare; He finished third in the team in print and only had four bags. However, a pressure percentage of 10.9% can mean that there is more to be unlocked with his game. New DC Lou Anarumo has previously worked with Star Pass Rushers, and Latu’s bravery with his hands should get him many more opportunities than a pass Rusher. If he can finish those games, he could make the leap.

Jacksonville Jaguars: RB Tank Bigsby

If you watched a Tampa Bay Buccaneers -football last season, you could see how nice the Run game was and how versatile it became from pony staff. The BUCs finished 12th in the NFL in hasty attempts with two backs on the field, but with both Bucky Irving and Rachade White who played together, the attack became much more dynamic. I think the same thing can happen for Tank Bigsby and RB Travis Etienne in Jacksonville, but I will go here with Bigsby because it is a little better between the tackles on GAP schedule -runs. Bigsby is a thicker back with a good contact balance, which should help as the jags switch to more a gap schedule team. How the wear is ironed will be the question, but Bigsby will get the most out of his attempts.

Tennessee Titans: CB Jarvis Brownlee Jr.

I was a big fan of Jarvis Brownlee Jr. After I had looked at it on tape. The cornerback of the Titans is below par, but plays much larger on the outside. He wants to be involved in the action in the run and passing the game and fights through the catching point on the outside. The Titans are looking for more from their secondary after a real down season, but Brownlee Jr. Was a nice surprise for them last year. I think he has the chance to make another big leap as the deep -rooted starter on the outside.
