Newcastle United have admitted fans are experiencing problems with their ticketing system.
An official announcement (see below) stating that there are ‘occasional issues’ with the club’s ticket forwarding system ahead of Saturday’s match against Fulham.
The club explains what fans should do if they experience problems.
It was time for Newcastle United to invest properly in arranging online ticket sales.
For anyone who has any form of regular interaction with NUFC’s online ticket sales, problems are all too common.
Newcastle United official announcement – October 24, 2025:
‘We are currently experiencing occasional issues with our ticket forwarding system ahead of tomorrow’s match against Fulham. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Season ticket holders can still forward tickets online, but please ensure:
On the delivery details page, ‘Digital ticket’ is selected
Do not choose ‘Do not collect separately’
If you are a season ticket holder and you cannot forward online, or the recipient has not received the digital tickets, please call the Box Office tomorrow, October 25 between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM on 0344 372 1892.
Ticket forwarding closes at 2:00 PM.
Thank you for your patience and continued support.”
