Cabarita has seen its existing record holder sold for a new record of $16.7 million.
The Phillips St property last sold in 2022 for a record $14,620,000 to former Wallabies prop and publican Bill Young and his wife Anna.
Built in 2014, the five-bedroom, five-bath home sits on a 1,303-square-foot riverfront estate.
Two-time sales agent Ben Horwood of Horwood Nolan marketed it as “one of the finest homes in the Inner West”.
