New Afl Footy Baas Greg Swann sells Brisbane Home – Realestate.com.au

Afl -Baas Greg Swann and his wife Leonie sell their property of Queensland, after their move to Victoria.

The house of Brisbane-attended Chateau Swann-Is a stunning five-bed in Balmoral who was a hotspot among red players.

After 11 years, Swann returned to Melbourne who was in charge of the Brisbane Lions – he leaves a lasting inheritance from two APLW Premierships, an AFL Premiership and Record, as well as millions of facilities for the club.

The house has an impressive presence on the street.

He is now the out -head of football performance, with his duties, including the leadership of game analysis, match review, players movement and laws of the game.

The Swanns sold their dream house in Melbourne and moved to their Balmoral -ownership 10 years ago when Mr. Swann de Brisbane Lions began to rebuild.

The house flows from the inside to the outdoor life.


Swann said his favorite part of the house was the living room where he liked to watch sports on TV.

“I’m going to miss this location, this house is in a great suburb that is central to everything,” said Mr. Swann.

He said there was a “reasonable piece” sporting history in the Memorabilia room that would be difficult to obtain.



Over the years, the couple have organized various Afl players, with the individual living zones being a big hit.

“We had players, including Cam Rayner, Rhys Matheson and Sam Skinner who came to us for about three to four months and stayed with us,” said Mrs. Swann.

“Will Ashcroftt had a short stay in his concept year, and we also had Toby Wooler, and Tom Fullarton.

“Dan McStay would withdraw for six weeks and he stayed eight months.

“We also organized Irish hopeful Deividas Uosis.”



Mrs. Swann said that during their first year in the house they had a number of how many people had stayed in their path.

“By December I had 90 different people stayed at least one night,” said Mrs. Swann.

“I had a mattress in the garage that I would drag into the cinema space.”

“About 12 people can stay in the house at the same time, there is enough space and it is comfortable.

“The house is constantly used by us or others – it was called Cateau Swann by the constant stream of family and friends who have enjoyed our hospitality over the past 10 years.”

The house is the dream of an entertainer.



Striking functions include a 6m empty entry that, Pivot through, Alfresco area, cinema and swimming pool.

“This house has its own energy – everything is carefully designed – and the people who come here can feel it,” said Mrs. Swann.

The Swanns said it was time to reduce and start their next chapter, although they were sad to leave their friends and lifestyle behind.

The building will go to auction on August 23 via Ray White Collective Principal Brandon Wortley.
