The training combo of Hayden and Amanda Cullen seems ready for more success in the drapping race tonight in Addington.
They will prepare three starters in the 2yo race of that evening, the Late up Dual World Champion Mobile Pace (20.22 hours)
One of them, Mystery Creek, has received serious support.
Thanks to two encouraging tests, the son of Bettor’s Delight went from his opening price from $ 3.20 to $ 1.95.
“They really came for him, right?” says co-trainer Hayden Cullen.
“I really love the horse …. his both tests have been good and he has trained well, it seems that the penny is starting to fall with him.”

The best driver in the country, Blair Orange, will drive him tonight after he has accompanied him with both tests (behind King Neptune and Kotare Rimu) in Rangiora on August 26 and September 10.
“Blair says the horse gave him a nice feeling, so we are quite happy with him.”
Mystery Creek has achieved a good second place in what is now a field of participants of seven 2YOs over 1980 meters.
“He has speed at the gate – from there he will certainly stop,” says Cullen.
The other two Cullen-Starters are crunched and Flying Ace.
To be controlled again by Jonny Cox, Crunched opened the favorite for tonight after his fourth debut, while Flying Ace will be controlled by Olivia Thornley in his first race. He won his last process in Rangiora on 25 September. They now cost $ 2.25 and $ 12 respectively.
“On paper it looks good,” says Cullen about his chances, “although it is not always that easy, right?”
The Cullen team has been doing well lately – among their recent winners include We Walk by Faith, Hadron Collider, Five Crowns and Winelight.
Addington’s program with nine races starts at 4.30 p.m.
