My anti -antstrategy (and how the trips help me with it) -trip Friday

A while ago I spoke with an old friend who started rowing a course. I was not surprised when I heard that the idea was starting to grow after a sponsored post on Instagram. Think that the age category 40-50 is a safe card for targeted advertisements when it comes to stepping outside their comfort zone. “You have to do what you can do not become aunt”My friend noticed. “Absolut!“I answered and immediately started thinking about guidelines for my own anti-striking strategy. Or anti-gubb by everyone. I thought a lot about it after publishing this message this summer: five situations in Greece where I am becoming a Surga. Is for old? There are absolute occasions that I welcome my inner aunt with holes and her, even her welcome. But I want to be able to choose when, where and how. Here are some concrete thoughts of my more or less structured strategy days that are now a continuous process in my interior.

My anti-anti-strategy (and how the journeys help me with it)

#1. Keep accepting yes to travel

I like to travel! Perhaps the biggest cliché of all. But that feeling has been around for many years. Sometimes more, sometimes less. This summer my Sturkö-Granne Violet told me that as a child I was the first to meet their kitchen to hear more about her and her husband’s travels when they came home from their adventures in Europe (often packed travel booked via the Home Journal). I wanted to see photos, hear stories and learn more about the places they had visited. Madeira that I had never heard of before they went there. I would like to run that feeling to someone to hear more about a new destination …

… and if all the stars are right in one day, I take myself to the destination in question. It doesn’t have to be long, not at all. During the trip to Östersund this weekend I had to learn new about both the one and the other. The brain absorbs, processing and processing, sorting new impressions and lessons. An excellent anti-anti-strategy if you ask me!

#2. Don’t let the fears take over and limit me (which in turn leads to being dependent on others)

Some things that I am almost unreasonably afraid of. Driving a car abroad has been something like that. How long can I like to live on the merit that I have driven a week 2015 around a rental car in Italy? It is tough and also requires that Tobias or another family member/friend should be forced to drive when I go. Last summer I had to take the bull at the Hoorns during our huge road trip through Europe, but limited my driving to Germany. It felt the safest. When I then received a vacancy to drive through Poland to write about different castles, the alternative was to force my company to drive 2). I chose it later …

motive

… and was so sick of myself completed after a trip. Did I like it? No, but I solved it. And would therefore be able to check another point in my anti-agenda strategy.

Rent car abroad Poland

After all, it was more difficult to get in and out of the car park than to control the car itself, but that is a different story.

#3. Keep training and competing!

Padel is 100 percent the best thing that happened to me in the field of training front. Finding “my” sport at the age of 40 and starts to compete for the first time in life in sports context, is one of the best and best points in my anti-and strategy.

Nynäs Padel Annika

I am so incredibly peppy by the ladies in the hall who are 70+ and come in with good confidence and newly purchased Paddle skirts. My biggest Achilles heel on this point is strength training, but it hardly comes like a news. Why is it so incredibly sad to train!?

Yes. These are probably the three most important points in my highest personal anti-agenda strategy. Note that nothing in this strategy is about botox, fillers or weight drugs – although my entire stream tries to turn me around to believe the opposite. I also write that discussion more about in the Friday five of tomorrow.

I know that many of you who read the blog are my age and older, it would be nice to hear your opinion about my reasoning above!
