Elon Musk has threatened to submit an antitrust -right case against Apple, and claims that the tech giant AI companies, except OpenAi, is not limited to reach top positions in his App Store.

Musk’s AI company Xai is a direct competitor for OpenAi. Last week, OpenAi GPT-5, the newest and most advanced AI model, launched, but Musk claimed that Xai’s Grok 4 Heavy was too smart.
Apple has worked closely with OpenAI to bed in the functionality of chatgpt on its platforms, including iOS, iPados and macOS. The collaboration improves the conversation skills of Siri, integrates Chatgpt into Apple’s writing applications and facilitates the concept and document of document.
After their announcement of the partnership, Musk threatened to prohibit Apple devices in its companies as Apple OpenAi technology in its operating systems. He described this as “an unacceptable security violation” and suggested visitors to Tesla, SpaceX and his other companies to surrender their Apple devices.

Apple is expanding this partnership and is considering using AI models from OpenAI to provide power to the updated Siri assistant, in addition to models of Anthropic, Bloomberg reported In June.
