MrF Q1 Results: Con Pat slips 12% yoj to RS 500.5 CR, the turnover jumps almost 7%

Tyre-maker MRF released his first quarterly results on Tuesday for the 2026 financial year, with a consolidated net profit of RS 500.47 Crore, versus RS 571.02 Crore in the period of the year ago, which a decrease of 13.35% on an annual basis (Yoy) (Yoy). In the meantime, sales from the activities registered a growth of 6.65% JoJ.

The income from activities were in the aforementioned quarter on RS 7,675.69 Crore, against RS 7,196.45 Crore in the same quarter of the financial year before the previous year.

The total income of the company was reported on RS 7,802.12 Crore, an increase of 7.2% JOJ, from RS 7,280.49 Crore in the first quarter of FY25.

The net profit of MRF declined by 2.3% to RS 512.11 Crore.

The consolidated capacity of the company was on 30 June 2025 on RS 18,999.96 Crore, compared to RS 18,488.64 Crore from March 31, 2025 and RS 17,276.54 Crore from 30 June 2024.

From June 30, 2025 (Q1FY26), the consolidated debt ratio of the company was 0.03, compared to 0.04 in the period of the year ago. The operational margin amounted to 8.37%, lower than 10.61% in Q1FY25, while the net profit margin was 6.41%, a decrease of 7.84% in the same quarter last year.

Obviously, the net profit of the company was reported on RS 484.23 CRORE, a decrease in RS 562.55 Crore in the Q1 of FY26, indicating a year-on-year decrease of 14%. The turnover of the activities came in RS 7,560.28 Crore, compared to RS 7,077.84 crore in the year, after the market, after the RS, after the market, after the market, after the market, after the market, after the market after the market. The share fell by 1.2% to RS 1.40.287.10 on the BSE.
