EDITION whatever is weighing you down, be it thoughts, memories or worries, and create space for reflection and openness to plant new seeds in the ground that can grow into new inspirations, experiences and ambitions in the new year. For me, liberation can come through movement, creative expression, and conversations with loved ones.

ABSORB the lessons of the past days, weeks and months, and let the wisdom reveal itself. For me, absorption can be improved through yoga and meditation, journaling and vision boarding to gain clarity about my current thinking and be intentional about my future.

REST your body, mind and soul. Completely and completely, to signal safety and comfort to your entire nervous system. For me, rest means early nights immersed in a new novel or TV series, nutritious home cooking, seasonal fare, and gentle walks and stretches.

INTEGRATION is consistency in these wellness practices until they become a daily act of joy and self-care. For me, inclusion is in the way I prioritize myself in addition to loving and caring for others. It is expressing my emotions, thoughts and ideas with confidence. It is an open heart and a clear mind. It is embracing my purpose and passions in life without holding back. It’s more about being myself.

What are you open to releasing? How can you absorb lessons and reveal wisdom? Do you respect the time to rest? What new wellness practices can become aspects of your daily life?
