A mother-of-one has revealed how she lost almost 100 pounds of stone-in less than a year by holding on to a simple practice and diet plan.
While millions of people are now dependent on weight loss Jabs such as Mounjaro and Wegovy to help them lose weight –Lucy Weller credits to walk 10,000 steps a day and regular weight training sessions to help her achieve her goal.
This was linked to a calorie -driven diet, lots of proteins and fiber.
In one video Shared with Tiktok via her page, @Lucy52915, which has collected more than 750,000 views, she unveiled photos of her gradually shed from the kilos.
After placing the video, she received more than a thousand reactions from other social media users surprised about her latest transformation.
A commentator said: ‘Wow! You look unrecognizable, well done. It is so wonderful to see that it is done in a healthy way and not on Mounjaro. ‘
In the meantime, another commentary: ‘You can see that this is also of course. No Mounjaro and apologies here. Well done for creating new habits and not cheating. This will set you up for life.
A third user added: ‘Incredible. You look like another person. Great work. ‘

Mrs Weller revealed in commentary on the viral post that she was unable to use Jabs – recently had birth.
“Still breastfeeding my child, so I can’t do a Mounjaro, but I have fear of health so would never do it,” she wrote.
Instead, she committed herself to weight training four times a week, with two sessions for buttock muscles – the butt muscles – one for the entire body and one for the upper body.
The weight training sessions she praised for her impressive transformation were with @trainwithaldine, which she ‘called’ the best coach ever there.
In a response that answered, the coach said: ‘So proud of you !! Work hard and stick to the planxxx. ‘
While the mother lost the weight naturally, there is a growing number of people who turn to Jabs for weight loss.
Last month, GPs were allowed to prescribe the drugs in the UK, jointly known as GLP-1S, for the first time in an attempt to tackle the nation’s obesity crisis.
An estimated 1.5 million people now use weight loss Jabs via the NHS or private clinics, while millions are eligible.
But some experts have expressed concern about possible risks. Recent data has shown that more than 100 deaths in Great Britain have so far been linked to slender injections.
It has been confirmed of at least ten patients that they died of pancreatitis-a life-threatening inflammation of the pancreas after taking the Jabs.
The Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has since started an investigation into whether people with certain genes can be more vulnerable to the condition.
It also follows recent reports of frightening side effects in mental health after women had taken the Jab Mounjaro of weight loss.
Some described sudden panic attacks, paralyzing fear and a sensation of ‘ropes in the brain’ after starting the medicine.
Other reported symptoms were insomnia, vibrations, shortness of breath and tinnitus.
Although these are currently not mentioned as official side effects for one of the three large Jabs in the UK, an online support group for users who suffer such symptoms has attracted more than 2,800 members.
Three members – anonymous over time – described the start of debilitating fear, insomnia and panic attacks after starting Mounjaro.
At the time, the manufacturers of Mounjaro, Eli Lilly and of both Ozempic and Wegovy, Novo Nordisk told the Times Patient Safety their top priority.
“We take reports on patient safety seriously and check, evaluate and report the safety information actively for all our medicines,” said Eli Lilly.
With Novo Nordisk who adds it, it welcomes: “Independent research into the safety, efficacy and clinical use of our products.”
