Astral Resources NL (ASX: AAR) (Astral or the Company) is pleased to report test results received from a 17-hole reverse circulation (RC) drill program for 2,954 meters completed at the Kamperman Deposit, part of the 100% owned Feysville Gold Project (Feysville), located approximately 14 km south of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia (Figure 1).

HIGHLIGHTS

Feysville Project

  • Test results have been received for 17 RC holes (2,954 m2) recently drilled at Kamperman, part of the 100% owned Feysville Gold Project in WA. The program tested a variety of objectives designed to both increase the mineral resource and improve understanding of the deposit, with a specific focus on high-grade zones. The best results include:
    • 14 m at 6.79 g/ton Au from 192 m including 2 m at 23.8 g/ton Au from 193 m (FRC463)
    • 13 m at 6.60 g/t Au from 44 m including 1 m at 57.6 g/t Au from 46 m and 1 m at 10.9 g/t Au from 48 m, 4 m at 2.06 g/t Au from 62 m and 4 m at 3.81 g/t Au from 88 m (FRC457)
    • 21 m at 3.11 g/t Au from 115 m including 1 m at 13.4 g/t Au from 132 m (FRC460)
    • 15 m at 3.70 g/t Au from 123 m including 1 m at 16.4 g/t Au from 124 m and 1 m at 21.1 g/t Au from 135 m, 6 m at 2.79 g/t Au from 158 m, 23 m at 2.57 g/t Au from 180 m including 3 m at 13.7 g/t Au from 197 m and 3 m at 2.57 g/ton Au from 208 m (FRC452)
    • 14 m at 2.66 g/ton Au from 179 m (FRC461)
    • 27 m at 0.78 g/t Au from 21 m and 25 m at 1.68 g/t Au from 50 m including 1 m at 11.7 g/t Au from 59 m and 1 m at 10.5 g/t Au from 62 m (FRC453)
    • 6 m at 4.10 g/t Au from 210 m including 1 m at 13.4 g/t Au from 212 m (FRC454)
  • The drill program has confirmed the presence of northwest-prominent high-grade gold mineralization not currently included in the Kamperman Mineral Resource model, as well as confirmation of depth extensions in the southern lode and additional high-grade mineralization in the footwall of the southern lode.

Mandilla Project

  • A 4-hole DD program (1,641 m2) has been completed on the eastern flank of the Theia deposit, part of the 100% owned Mandilla Gold Project. The drill program was intended to test for a potentially steeply dipping sub-parallel mineralized structure east of Theia. The best results include:
    • 4.15 m at 33.2 g/t Au from 164.3 m including 0.5 m at 269.6 g/t Au from 165 m, 12.13 m at 1.29 g/t Au from 173.87 m including 0.3 m at 23.4 g/t Au from 173.87 m and 1.79 m at 6.21 g/t Au from 253.47 m including 0.58 m at 17.6 g/ton Au from 253.82 m (AMRCD140)
    • 0.3 m at 30.7 g/ton Au from 336.26 m (AMRCD139)
  • Quartz, pyrite and visible gold1 were intersected in each of the four holes, confirming the potential for Theia to host additional mineralized structures.
  • A 3-hole DD program (775.6m) was also completed at Theia. The program is designed to target a previously intersected “230 Shear” structure. Drilling successfully traversed this distinct, narrow, high-quality shear zone with the best results, including:
    • 1.57 m at 22.8 g/t Au from 168.59 m including 0.6 m at 59.2 g/t Au from 169.56 m, 7.12 m at 1.42 g/t Au from 175.08 m including 0.3 m at 25.9 g/t Au from 175.51 m, 8.73 m at 0.95 g/t Au from 222.44 m and 4.90 m at 1.28 g/t Au from 259 m including 0.3 m at 13.7 g/t Au from 262.07 m (AMRCD137)
    • 2.27 m at 4.94 g/t Au from 161 m including 0.47 m at 22.8 g/t Au from 161.93 m and 5.33 m at 1.08 g/t Au from 202.85 m (AMRCD138)

Marc Ducler, Managing Director of Astral Resources, said: “Test results from the recent RC program at Feysville have demonstrated the excellent potential to increase both the overall gold quality and size of the deposits at Kamperman.

“The program was highly successful in achieving its objectives of expanding interpreted high-grade gold zones beyond existing mineral resources.

“The central drill hole, FRC457, produced an excellent intercept of 13 meters at 6.60 g/t Au, representing a highly successful extension of a northwest-striking ore sprout that appears to extend beyond current depositional limits.

“Drill hole FRC463 also produced a spectacular high-grade intercept. Drilled south and well beyond current Resource testing for a south-plunging ore zone at depth, successfully drilling at 14 meters at 6.79 g/t Au from 192 metres, to confirm one of our deepest zones of high-grade gold mineralization to date and giving us a hint of the greater potential still present at Kamperman.

“Over the Christmas period, Astral received notice from the DMPE regarding the granting of our mining license application for areas of Feysville. This marks a significant step towards the submission of the mining proposal and the execution of a joint venture agreement with Mineral Mining Services for the development of the Think Big Gold Mine. This would create an early revenue opportunity for Astral against the backdrop of record gold prices to help secure overall development financing for the Mandilla Gold Project.

“Meanwhile, at the cornerstone of the Theia deposit in Mandilla, we received test results from two diamond drilling programs, with further excellent high-grade intercepts recorded.

“The first, a three-hole program targeting the “230 Shear”, produced results such as 1.57m at 22.7 g/t Au and 2.27m at 4.94 g/t Au in individual holes, confirming the presence of this discrete, narrow, high-grade shear zone cutting through the main Theia deposit.

“Importantly, the shear intersected in all three holes remains mineralized at depth, with the potential to delineate additional sub-parallel repeats both within and along Theia.

“A second 4-hole diamond drill program tested a potentially steeply dipping sub-parallel structure east of Theia. As a first positive sign, visible gold was logged in all four holes, with the best result being a very high-grade intersection of 4.15m at 33.2 g/t Au from 164.3m in hole AMDRCD137.

“Following our successful capital raise completed in December, Astral has the resources to maintain an aggressive exploration focus and complete the Mandilla DFS moving towards a final investment decision – all while retaining a significant portion of the equity requirement for the development of the Mandilla Gold Project.

“Astral has ramped up exploration activities for 2026 with three rigs (2 RC and 1 DD rig) currently operating on site.”
