Montecito Medical has acquired a medical office building of 23,000 square feet in Midland, Texas. The building has an ambulatory surgery center and an image center.
Midland Ambulatory Surgery Center anchores the two -storey facility that was fully rented out at the time of sale. Other tenants are Choice Care Surgery Center and Nuchoice Imaging Center.
Midland Ambulatory Surgery Center is a joint venture in which doctors between Midland Memorial Hospital and United Surgery Partners International are involved. Practice offers colonoscopy, endoscopy, orthopedics and urology services.

The medical outpatient facility is 2106 Midland Drive and is close to Highway 250 and 11 Miles from Midland International Air & Space Port. Other medical care providers in the area are Delight Pediatrics, Basin Dermatology & Cosmetic Center and Pedicare Children’s Clinic.
The purchase of Midland is less than a month after Montecito has obtained nearly $ 66 million for the refinancing of Murftresboro Medical Clinic. The medical ownership of 221,000 square feet in Murftresboro, Tenn., About 32 miles from the center of Nashville.
