Today’s Monday Mindset: Part 2: The ‘no complaining rule’

Part two of: The longest bicycle tour in the world.

We are still cycling through the landscape, but no, this is not a week later, but still the same afternoon… haven’t found our way back yet, but we will.

But one of the things that makes almost any challenging experience easier is when no one complains about the situation.

See if you can be a person bigger than complaints. Put it into practice “no complaining rule”and if you hear someone else complaining, just let them know: “You got this, we got this, let’s do this:”

That will help you get through it and a group can get through just about anything. Put that into practice.

That’s my challenge and that’s your challenge Monday mentality.
