Today’s mindset Monday: How to reduce stress
I felt stressed … literally 5 or 10 minutes ago because we leave the weekend and there are many that I have to do.
Including photographing this video and thinking about what I wanted to share and I did a few things to help reduce my stress.
This is what you can do to reduce stress when you feel that way:
1. Just delay. Literally stop yourself. ‘Mano, I can’t delay, that’s why I am stressed! I have so much that I have to be ready! “No, that’s possible!
Only 10 seconds, just seek and just look at nature in the sky and deliberate yourself, take it up.
If you feel your long -term stress, do it in the morning when you start your day. I like to do it before I go to sleep and just look outside at the stars.
2. Take a deep breath. Just just go ahead and try it now. Just take a deep breath. Simply by taking a deep breath, you help to reset your nervous system.
3. If you feel stressed, just pause and smile. Just a simple smile to realize that I am doing well and I’m going through this.
You do those three things:
Smile, take a deep breath and pause for 10 seconds. And just take something that your focus and your gaze of yourself and your current stress is handling, and that will work wonders to reduce your stress, just as it did a few minutes ago for me.
So do that in practice.
That is my challenge and that is your Monday Mentality.
