Steven Asplund “unhappy” despite record performance at UFC Vegas 112
DWCS graduate Steven Asplund was not satisfied despite a record victory at UFC Vegas 112. According to UFC News, Asplund officially had 170 significant strikes at UFC Vegas 112, which is a new record for a three-round heavyweight fight.
Additionally, the number of strikes landed by Asplund is the second most ever in a 265-pound match. Daniel Cormier holds the record for the most strikes (181) against Stipe Miocic at UFC 241.
