First Star: Arnaldo Bocacca. The eternal leader of Charles Town, Arnaldo Bocacca, won an important milestone of the career on Wednesday when he won his 3000th career game. He won the third race of the evening on board Thunderturtle, rated the pace, moving three times at the last turn and kicked away to win with 3 3/4 lengths. Bocacca started his career in 2006 and has since become dominant in the West Virginia Oval. He has been the leading rider of the song for seven years in a row and is on pace for an eighth title.
