A lot of racing promotion took place in the Middle Atlantic last week.
Here is a look at the “three stars” of each song:
Regions best
First Star: Arnaldo Bocacca. The eternal leader of Charles Town, Arnaldo Bocacca, won an important milestone of the career on Wednesday when he won his 3000th career game. He won the third race of the evening on board Thunderturtle, rated the pace, moving three times at the last turn and kicked away to win with 3 3/4 lengths. Bocacca started his career in 2006 and has since become dominant in the West Virginia Oval. He has been the leading rider of the song for seven years in a row and is on pace for an eighth title. First Star: Bernie’s Mitt’s. Showed his speed and determination for a victory in the position of Monday.
Second star: secure landing. LED for every step in a starter optional claim route earlier on the Monday card.
Third star: Bermuda Run. Beat High-Primed Claim Foes on Tuesday while they go six furlongs in a sharp 1: 10.92.
