FOX Sports Commentator, and the newly confirmed St George Dragon’s assistant coach, Michael Ennis and Vrouw Simone, are moving in the Sutherland Shire.
They paid $ 3,085 million in their move to Greenhills Beach, after they recently released their Lilli Pilli house for $ 3.19 million.
Their former house on the water on the water with a view over Great Turriell Bay on Port Hacking was purchased in 2021 for $ 2.95 million.
Their newly built acquisition with four bedrooms is located in the interior in the chic Greenhills Beach estate, where Proptrack calculates the median selling price, is at a record of $ 3,54 million after 18 turnover in the past year.

The house comes with several living zones, with a fireplace that separates the formal eating and living zones. There are no views from the house on two levels.
Earlier this month, Ennis, who has been to the Manly Sea Eagles for the past two years, was confirmed as a member of the Shane Flanagan coaching staff at the Dragons. The appointment connects Ennis back with Flanagan, who was the head coach at the Sharks in 2016 when the duo won the Premiership.
“I am really excited to become a member of the dragons,” Ennis said in a club statement.

The house was designed by Chris Clout Design.
It was just short of the record of $ 15.7 million last year.
The record holder was Acqua Noir, the tailor -made home sold by the Khalil family early last year.
