The Nar International Transactions report from 2025 shows that foreign buyers have been purchased $ 56 billion WORTH OF US HOUSES in the past year, in total 78,100 transactions. Florida caught 21% of all international turnoverSaving its position as the most important state for foreign investments.

? Top countries of origin

Leading sources of international buyers include:

  • ?? China – $ 13.6b
  • ?? Canada – $ 6.6 billion
  • ?? Mexico – $ 4.7 billion
  • ?? India – $ 3.5 billion
  • ?? United Kingdom – $ 3.2 billion

These markets are attracted by South Florida because of its economic stability, climate and cultural diversity.

? Buy trends and preferences

The median purchase price among international buyers was $ 494,400. Almost half (47%) of the transactions was allocyreflection of the strong purchasing power of foreign investors. Another 47% of the purchases were for holiday homes or rental investments, so that the local rental market is further fueled in the short and long term.

? Florida’s competitive advantage

In addition to the warm climate and the beaches, Florida does not offer income tax, a favorable business environment and the proximity to Latin -America. Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Broward County remain excellent goals for people with a high net value who look for both lifestyle and financial benefits.

? Impact on the Zuid -Florida market

For sellers, the inflow of foreign capital means a higher demand and competitive offers – especially for waterfront and luxury properties. Buyers must be prepared for faster moving markets, while investors can benefit from strong rental returns and appreciation of real estate.
