Hello everyone, my name is Dave Gasper and I am incredibly excited to be joining the Brew Crew Ball staff ahead of the 2026 season. Before that, I was editor-in-chief at Reviewing the Brew for seven years, covering the team from its 2018 run to Game 7 of the NLCS and so many more moments this team has created over the years. I have always strived to be a trusted voice for the Milwaukee Brewers, providing in-depth analysis based on my knowledge of the game and my passion for this organization.
You may also know me from my work on what was formerly 97.3 FM The Game, here in Milwaukee and across the state on the Game Radio Network of stations. There I was the producer of No BS together with Billy and Armen and co-host and producer of DND halfway through the day.
Growing up and going to Brewers games with my dad, my Brewers fandom started in the lean years of the early 2000s, when I saw Richie Sexson and Geoff Jenkins the best players on some really bad teams, losing 100 games a year. That has made the success the team has had in recent years much more enjoyable, not only to watch, but also to report on as a member of the media.
I look forward to bringing you content that goes into the Brewers clubhouse, as well as diving into the farm system and providing my potential rankings.
I have covered this team and have been to a few champagne celebrations in the clubhouse over the years and hopefully there will be a few more champagne celebrations this year.
