There have been some transfer rumors in the media claiming that Arsenal could now land one of the club’s long-term targets as Real Madrid are reportedly willing to let Franco Mastantuono leave the club at the end of the season.
According to TransfersMadrid could be willing to listen to offers for Franco Mastantuono, despite the Argentine youngster not arriving at the Estadio Bernabeu until August 2025. He was seen as someone for the future and joined the club in a €45 million deal from River Plate
However, there are reports that he has failed to settle into life in Madrid, has been unable to put in the kind of performances that prompted the Spaniards to make an offer, and is a player the club is keen to let go.
ARSENAL was one of the clubs Mastantuono also kept an eye on before choosing Madrid, and the Gunners remain admirers of the 18-year-old. It’s claimed the Premier League giants could test the waters with a huge offer.
The Gunners are keen to add the best young players to their academy and hopefully try to turn them into big stars, or sell them on for a lot more money than was spent in the transfer window.

The Gunners wanted the young man before he moved to Madrid. ARSENAL hoped they could have convinced the boy to move to London, but he chose Madrid and apparently that didn’t work out.
He was probably too young to come to Europe, which is why he has difficulty adapting to life in Madrid. A move to Arsenal could be the solution for the boy as he gets the time and support he needs to really develop into a big star.
But it would be a shock to see him come to the Emirates, the Gunners now have targets they are more interested in.
ARSENAL MAKES BOUADDI APPROACH
Arsenal have made a formal approach to signing talented young Lille midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi ahead of Paris Saint-Germain, according to reports in France this week
ARSENAL may have one of the best squads in the Premier League at the moment, but boss Mikel Arteta is constantly looking for ways to keep the squad fresh, hungry and competing at the highest level.
And that has led to media reports claiming the Gunners have identified Bouaddi as a transfer target and RMC Sport say they have now taken steps to explore a deal for the 18-year-old.

PSG want to keep France’s brightest young talents in Ligue 1, but Arsenal have approached Bouaddi in a bid to stay ahead of their rivals in the race to sign him. The news comes after Bouaddi admitted he will decide his future in the summer.
Bouaddi recently said: “I have extended until 2029 and next year is still a long way away. “I am focused on this season and we have things to fight for.
“As I said to the president (Olivier Letang): at the end of the season a choice will have to be made and anything can happen. We don’t know what will happen.”

It would be a huge decision to move abroad for such a young man, especially as he is developing extremely well in Ligue I and at his current club. But the chance to join Arsenal would be hard to turn down.
If he were to move abroad, ARSENAL would give him the chance to develop and make an impact in that first team, they don’t just let young signings get lost and lost in the system, they actually offer opportunities.
But for now, staying in France is the best option, he doesn’t have to move away from Lille or even his home country, he is still very young.
ZINCHENKO AGREEMENT REACHED
Arsenal have reached an agreement in principle to send Oleksandr Zinchenko on loan to Ajax for the remainder of the season after his loan deal with Nottingham Forest was cut short.
Zinchenko spent the first half of the season at Nottingham Forest after falling out of favor under Mikel Arteta. ARSENAL but the 29-year-old has made just ten appearances in all competitions for Forest and has struggled to make a significant impact at the City Ground – not helped by the club’s managerial merry-go-round this season.
According to De Telegraaf, Zinchenko may have played for Forest for the last time, with Ajax agreeing a six-month loan deal for the Ukrainian, ‘subject to a few details’.
It is claimed that Ajax’s hierarchy have been in direct contact with Zinchenko’s agent, Jorge Mendes, and negotiations are underway between the two clubs.
In recent weeks, Neco Williams has emerged as Forest’s left-back, despite being naturally right-footed. Sean Dyche appeared to pave the way for Zinchenko’s departure on Thursday when he faced the media.
‘We spoke to the player and made him clear about his situation. He is aware of that, so we will see what happens,” the forest manager told reporters.
‘He has played a few games but has not featured in other games. He’s injured. That didn’t help him or us. I’ve actually just been open with him. It’s like I say: I’m open to all players.
“But I think when you’ve done as much as he has in the game, it’s more of a conversation. I demand nothing more than just telling him the truth as I see it. And that’s how much he can calculate, how much playing time he’s going to get at this point.”

Zinchencho needed this transfer, the move to Nottingham Forest did not work out and leaving the Premier League for the Dutch league is a great decision. And if he performs well, he might get a permanent move to Ajax.
