Marvel’s Deadpool VR Will come to the Meta Quest 3 and 3S Virtual Reality heads from Twisted Pixel and Oculus Studios later this year.
At Summer Game Fest 2025, Marvel and Meta announced the new game, which is being made in collaboration with Marvel Games.
Finally it is a chance to slide in the sweaty skintight -suit from Deadpool and really become the Merc with a
Mouth in all its flippy-shooty-off-the-wall glory.
Marvel’s Deadpool VR has a completely new original story. After he has been pulled through a portal
Mojoworld, Deadpool sees an opportunity to get rich – like really rich. He signs a sketchy contract without
Reading one of the small print and then it is eliminated to visit a number of locations from about the miracle
Universe, fighting iconic (and non-so-iconic) villains. They are really metaille stuff – in the miracle
Universe Sense, not the VR One.
Twisted Pixel’s years of recording Deadpool’s Unique Mix of Parkour and Combat, building on the Beat-Em-Up Bonafids who has established it in Path of the Warrior.
Like any great VR game, if you can imagine it, you can probably do it. Of course, you can easily stab or shoot your enemies, but where is the pleasure in it? Hit someone while holding a grenade? Account. Do you recently exploded arm and throw it to the bad guys? Gross, but also check. Holding the face of an enemy in a rotating propeller? A bloody but efficient control. Soldiers, demonic dogs, weird humanoid lizards, creepy worm things, they are all waiting to be explained to creative (some perhaps sadistic) ways.
