They bought Tyneside after selling their previous home in Willoughby East for $2.85 million, after it was initially listed at a hope of $2.3 million.

Swanson-Roe oversaw the renovation of that Robert St. property, which cost them $1.86 million in 2014.

Tyneside was bought for $2.93 million in 2019 when it was listed for the first time in 50 years following the death of former Australian Jockey Club vice-chairman Noel Bracks, who, along with his wife Ellen, had paid $25,000 for the house in 1969.
