Marella by Mosaic is a luxury 30 -storey residential tower developed and built by Mosaic Property Group and designed in collaboration with Plus Studio.

This year, Marella by Mosaic has 98 luxury homes and penthouses with two and three bedrooms, where each apartment records a view of the ocean.

Plus Studio director Chrisney Formosa said they were inspired by the golden color of the afternoon sun that hit the sand and the way in which water moved along the coastline when sketching the architectural vision for the tower with Marella’s shape that responds in a unique way to the site.

“With the facade that creates refractions of light that sparkle and glowing, we have pushed creative boundaries while we guarantee buildingability,” she said.

Marella by Mosaic is a new luxury residential tower of 30 floors in BroadBeach, completed this year.

“The tower reaches its sculptural, smooth appearance through an innovative approach – using carefully sloping straight elements instead of curved panels.

“With a sand -unit, warm and tactile material palette, the building is accentuated in golden bronze shades that radiate light.

“In responding to the climate and to guarantee comfort, the building has a solid shape in the west to block unwanted sun, while the east side is glazed to invite morning light and to maximize the spectacular view of the Golden Broadbeach -coastline.”

Hotel-style facilities at Marella include a large lobby with full-height glazed access doors, wooden look change, high ceilings, composite artworks and cordially illuminated spaces that glow out of the street.

Marella is the second completed design collaboration between Plus Studio and Mosaic Property Group.

“With layered, lush integrated plants that extend to level one, the ground floor is further activated, the attention is drawn to the entrance to the prominent corner location and the creation of a subtropical sanctuary,” said Mrs. Formosa.

Level one has wellness facilities, including a swimming pool, outdoor set machines with a Parkland Outlook, Gymnasium, sauna and steam bath.

The striking facility is the Lounge of Level 11 -residents with a private -a -way room, wine cellar and terrace.

Mosaic founder and director Brook Monahan said it was a building that delivered more than just a place to live.

Marella is the seventh project Plus Studio has designed in BroadBeach.

“It offers residents in all respects an increased experience of facilities of world class and architectural integrity, into a location that places the very best of Broadbeach directly at the door,” he said.

Mrs. Formosa said that the success of the project the strength of the partnership with the outcome reflected the result of a deep joint design process with mosaic.

“They not only hand over a site and a step back – they bring an incredibly clear vision, detailed instructions and a relentless focus on quality,” she said.

“That clarity and strictness pushed us to deliver our best.”

Marella was designed in collaboration with Plus Studio, which were inspired by the golden color of the afternoon sun that hit the sand and the way in which water moved along the coastline when sketching the architectural vision for the tower.
