Marc Guehi has shown a “brilliant attitude”, despite missing a move to Liverpool in the summer transfer window, says England Baas Thomas Tuchel.
The Crystal Palace Center-Back was ready to join the Reds to the Deadline Day after the two clubs had agreed a deal.
However, the transfer was canceled after Palace had not signed a replacement, with Igor Julio who was missing out at West Ham United on loan from Brighton.

Allegedly Guehi is ‘extremely unhappy’, he was denied a move to Anfield, but Tuchel says that the defender has not shown signs that it has struck him while he is on international service.
The 25-year-old was called up for the world cup qualification of England against Andorra and Serbia, which will take place this Saturday and next Tuesday.
“Of course we had a chat with him,” Tuchel said on Friday in his press conference for the game.
“He looks absolutely good and impressive on the field, he has a good few weeks behind him on the implementation side. He is the most important driver of the success of Crystal Palace, he is the captain and the leader and he played very impressive at the end of last season.
“He continued in the camp and he treats it [his transfer situation] With respect and with a brilliant attitude. ‘
Newcastle United Defender than Burn believes that he and Guehi are fighting for the same place in the starting line -up of Tuchel.
“It is clear that Marc is a top player and also move very close to Liverpool,” he said. “I feel that it keeps us, and I feel that it is what the Gaffer wants and the patterns that he wants us to get further on the field, and that fits in with it.
