Former India National Cricket Team Batsman Manoj Tiwary has launched a vicious attack on head coach Gautam Gambhir and labeled him as a hypocritical.
Manoj Tiwary discussed Gautam Gambhir’s old comments on the collision of India-Pakistan and asked him that he was the head coach of the team that locks horns with the men in the green.

Manoj Tiwary and Gautam Gambhir do not share a good relationship, and the first time and again has launched brutal verbal attacks on the head coach of India.

Manoj Tiwary said that Gautam Gambhir should resign from his position as the head coach of India and to stand in his attitude not to play against Pakistan.
“I have always had the feeling that he is someone who is a hypocritical. He is a hypocritical because he is the one who said that India was not the coach of Team India, said India and Pakistan should never play a match between them. What will he do now? He is the coach of the team that Pakistan is going to play in the Asia Cup,” TiWary said.
“Why can’t he just resign and say that I will not be part of the India team because you play with Pakistan?” he added.

Tiwary also spoke about the old remarks of Gautam Gambhir who went viral, where he was seen who supported the selection of Yashasvi Jaiswal in the T20i team.
He emphasized how Gautam Gambhir Yashasvi Jaiswal kept from the Asian Cup 2025 team in India, even though he previously demanded his place in the setup.
“He is the one who said that Yashasvi Jaiswal is one of the players who is the future of Team India, and he is also someone who is not kept out of T20. He should not be kept outside T20. He must get a longer run. And now he is not in the team,” Tiwary said.
“So, many things except these few statements he said, and he just made the opposite. So I always felt that he is a hypocrite and he has always been a hypocrite,” he added.
