A man who sniffed the streets who only wore a diaper approached an 11-year-old girl who sounds fake babyggel.
The police say that the man, Wesley World, 45, got out of his vehicle near a school in Tyler, Texas, and reportedly said “Goo Goo Gaa Gaa” before he asked the young girl for a diaper change.
