Position overview
We are currently looking for a high-level tennis coach to join our team in the Maldives and work in one of the most prestigious 5-star resorts in the country. The role combines excellent coaching, customer care and operational leadership in a luxury hospitality environment.
Main responsibilities
- Conduct daily private and group tennis sessions with resort guests and members
- Design and deliver structured, high-quality training sessions tailored to individual needs
- Represent LUX Tennis with professionalism, enthusiasm and high energy on and off the court
- Work with the resort management team to coordinate tennis services and events
- Maintain court planning and assist in organizing tennis-related activities or programs
- Communicate effectively with guests and members to build rapport and ensure satisfaction
Candidate profile
- High-level tennis background (ATP/WTA/ITF experience preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of coaching experience, preferably in a luxury or international environment
- Fluent English speaker – additional languages are highly appreciated
- Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Open to international moves and culturally adaptable
Compensation and benefits
- Commission based on the tennis revenue generated.
