Lovett starts the next phase of the industrial project of Houston

Lovett Industrial started the second development phase for his 610 business district project, a business park planned by the master in Houston. The completion is expected in the first quarter of 2026.

Phase 2 comprises four shallow-bay warehouses of a total of 537.132 square foot. Designed to accommodate several tenants, the class A buildings vary from 53,110 square foot to 219,487 square foot. The special facilities will contain 32 to 36-foot clear heights, 130 to 185-foot truck lanes, as well as sufficient parking space for cars and trailer.

With full build-out, the 113-hectare campus will include nine buildings of a total of approximately 1.5 million square feet. The real estate currently includes 38 hectares of undeveloped country.

The construction of the first phase of the company park, which consists of two buildings and approximately 390,000 square feet, began in June 2022 and completed in September 2023. The site is on 6462 Northdale St., about 4 miles from William P. Hobby Airport, 8 miles from the port of Houston.

Jason Dillee, Andrew Jewett Sr. And Greg Holmes from CBRE are leading marketing and leasing for the company. Alston Construction acts as the general contractor of the project and Alj Lindsey as a civil engineer. Associated Bank provided construction financing.

Including 610 business district, Lovett 10 has completed or planned industrial properties in the Greater Houston area, for more than 9 million square feet. The American portfolio of the company is more than 19.6 million square feet on 15 markets, with a further 13.6 million square feet in the planning phase.
