As REVEL prepares to close its 2025 sales year on a strong, confident note, a series of developments in office expansion, leadership recruitment and evolving real estate opportunities are shaping what could become one of the most transformative chapters in the company’s history.

While the year was marked by milestone achievements and innovative breakthroughs, the momentum built in 2025 paves the way for an even more dynamic and ambitious 2026. Looking back with a “glass full” perspective, one of the highlights of 2025 was the launch of REVUP, REVEL’s hybrid mentorship and education program. REVUP represents a new era of agent development within the real estate industry, designed to meet the evolving needs of modern REALTORS® who seek not only information, but practical guidance, structured support and direct access to top industry leaders. Over the course of the year, REVUP consistently attracted committed and motivated officers. Each weekly session featured REVEL’s head coaches and top-selling agents, who generously shared experiences, field-tested strategies and personal secrets of the trade.

The response was overwhelming. Agents praised the energy, relevance and applicability of the program, often noting how the sessions reshaped their approach to branding, customer service, lead generation, negotiation and personal mindset. The animated online environment created by REVUP quickly became a hallmark of the REVEL culture, an open forum where learning was active, authentic mentorship and collaboration replaced competition. As the program matured, its impact extended beyond skill building: REVUP increased trust, strengthened internal connections, and reaffirmed REVEL’s commitment to equipping every agent, regardless of experience, with the tools and insights needed to succeed.

Start the year strong with Tip-Off 2026

With this success as a foundation, REVEL is now focused on scaling its hands-on learning opportunities by 2026. Leadership is developing new programs, expanded coaching formats and enhanced professional resources that will introduce new dimensions to REVEL’s already robust brokerage services offering. These initiatives, which promise to further refine the agent experience, are being prepared for an official debut at the upcoming REVEL Tip-Off event, an annual gathering that marks the start of each year and sets the tone, energy and expectations for the next twelve months. For REVEL agents, the Tip-Off has become synonymous with inspiration, innovation and the first unveiling of important strategic moves within the company.
