The 25-year-old has caught the eye this season with a string of impressive performances for the Cherries in the Premier League.
Semenyo has scored six goals and provided six assists in 11 games, with only City’s Erling Haaland (15) registering more goals.
Liverpool, City and Spurs ‘monitor’ Bournemouth’s Semenyo
According to Sky Sports News, the three clubs are keeping an eye on the winger and bids in January “cannot be ruled out”.
This is despite the fact that Semenyo signed a new contract with Bournemouth this summer, tying him to the club until 2030.
The report adds that recent claims that he is pushing for an exit are way off the mark and that he is “annoyed” by any suggestion that he has asked to leave Dean Court.
Semenyo attracted interest from Spurs and Manchester United in the summer, but a move failed to materialize as the Lilywhites signed Mohammed Kudus from West Ham United and the Red Devils signed Bryan Mbeumo from Brentford.
Tottenham are “looking to sign another striker in January, especially someone who can play on the left”, while Liverpool and Man City are looking at strikers in the “long term”.
Bournemouth will reportedly demand a transfer fee of £75 million for Semenyo, in what would be a club record sale that would eclipse the £65 million they received from Spurs for Dominic Solanke. The forward’s new deal is said to include an unspecified release clause.
