Lincoln Property Company has delivered Windsor Commerce Park, an industrial development that the company has been planning since 2022, when he bought the site for $ 22 million, as previously reported. This represents Lincoln’s very first thorough industrial project in Nevada.

Gary Kobus, senior director of Lincoln, shared that the tenant roster is building quickly, because the building can withstand a wide range of users. Kevin Higgins from CBRE, Garrett Toft, Jake Higgins and Kelsey Higgins are the lease staff of the building. R&O Construction acted as the general contractor of the project, with Lee & Sakahara as an architect.
