Lecture on exam anxiety for SSLC and PU students on January 18

With an aim to alleviate exam anxiety among SSLC and II PUC students and boost their mental resilience and peace of mind, a motivational lecture program titled ‘Pareekshe – Nischinteya Haadi’ (Exam – The Path to a Stress-Free Mind) has been organized on January 18.

The program is jointly organized by the Mysuru District Committee of the Karnataka State Licensed Electrical Contractors’ Association, Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Employees’ Association, Karnataka Electricity Board Engineers’ Association, Karnataka Electricity Board Accounts Officers’ Association, Karnataka Electricity Board Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Welfare Committee, Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Diploma Engineers’ Association and the ESCOM Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Officers’ Association.

In connection with the programme, a poster was released by CESC Director KM Munigopal Raju and Technical Director DJ Divakar on January 17 at the headquarters of Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Corporation (CESC).

The program will be held at the auditorium of Karnataka State Gangubai Hangal Music and Performing Arts University, Lakshmipuram from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm

Experienced trainers will guide students appearing for the SSLC and II PUC exams later this year on how to maintain mental calm, confidence and composure during exams, a press release said.

Senior CESC officials and office bearers of various associations affiliated to Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited and CESC were present.
