Like most cities in the US, Los Angeles is a city built for cars. People can also live there, but in the end the city belongs to the cars. The people who control that car are also constantly crashing. But hey, at least if you come in a bad wreck, there are a number of great hospitals in the area, and you can count on care providers to take care of you, right? Not necessary. As you can probably guess, this saga starts with a car accident. We don’t have many details about the first crash, but it was serious enough that at least one of the victims had to be taken to the hospital. That was probably pretty scary for the victim and their loved ones, but the Los Angeles fire brigade had it under control and sent an ambulance to get the victim to the hospital. That seems to have gone smoothly enough, but as soon as the victim was in the back of the ambulance and was on his way to treatment, things took a bizarre turn.
Another LA driver crashed into the ambulance, something that one of my new nurses would probably describe as “not exactly ideal”. That crash then required the battalion chef to drive away and investigate what had happened. Except when they arrived on stage, they were involved in another crash. Yikes. Also, what for God’s sake, La -managers? First -responders are struggling enough, because it is without people always bumping into it.
Three crashes for the price of one
The crash that kicks off this whole thing reportedly took place during the morning rush hour, with the next crash that took place at 9:06 am in Reseda, an area of LA that lies northwest of Sherman Oaks. According to a spokesperson for Lafd, a car described only as “a light gray sedan” the ambulance hit near the intersection of Vanowen Street and Lindley Avenue. KTLA obtained images From the crash, however, that shows that it was an old Honda Civic.
Reseda may hardly be LA, but in real LA -Mode it took a full 40 minutes before the battalion chef arrived on stage with the LAPD in tow rope. Which is still not clear here, with the Time saying that they “collided at the same intersection on a vehicle” and KTLA Reporting “a Lafd -Bataljonchef who responded to investigating the crash was also involved in a collision at the same intersection – this time with a dark gray sedan.” Whether the battalion chef has caused the crash or not, those are still two extra crashes alongside those who started this whole thing in the first place.
Fortunately, the two follow -up crashes did not result in deaths or serious injuries, and the only person who was taken to the hospital was the victim of the crash, who was already in the ambulance and went that way. According to the TimeThey only suffered minor injuries from the Civic driver who collapsed in their ambulance, but we don’t know if they were still released.
