Kyle Kuzma described a quieter wardrobe and a new role as part of his maturation process, saying, “Grown-up swag!” in a wide range interview with Brandon “Scoop B” Robinson.

Kuzma told Robinson that the change was personal and related to growing up, not geography, and that he now prefers to play with silhouettes and careful proportions in his clothing.

He said he keeps most of the older pieces or gives them to teammates, noting that his closet is “pretty hefty” but he is trying to downsize and buy less.

On the court, Kuzma described his move from Washington to Milwaukee as a process of “finding my way” and adjusting to a new team dynamic.

Asked about playing alongside megastars, Kuzma said: “Very similar. But they play different positions in the fourth. Bron is more of a guard. Giannis is also a guard, but does a lot more damage. Probably from two yards and inside.”

Kuzma also reflected on his high school years, confirming that he spent time at Rise Academy in Philadelphia and picked up the local lingo and culture during that time. He called those years “good times” and offered a short timeline – San Diego, then a transfer – and tied that background to the person he is today.

Milwaukee’s stats show Kuzma is averaging 12.8 points in 25.9 minutes this season, part of a Bucks roster built around Giannis Antetokounmpo’s 28.9 points, 10.1 rebounds and 6.1 assists per game.
