KL Monorail back to normal after 2.5 hour outage – paultan.org

Rapid KL has announced that the KL Monorail will resume normal operations at 11.33am today, after a technical system fault (now repaired) at 8.50am left a train stranded without power between Medan Tuanku and Titiwangsa stations. All alternative trains and buses have been stopped.

A passenger reportedly fainted on the train. Fire and Rescue (Bomba) brought the person to safety. Medical teams attended to provide initial treatment before the passenger was taken home by family members. All other passengers were transported to Medan Tuanku station for onward journeys and the train was towed to the depot for further inspection.
