Previous spy shots hinted at an updated side profile with new alloy wheels. Camouflaged prototypes suggested a more upright, confident stance on the road.
Inside, the facelift is expected to introduce a modern triple-screen setup – likely two 12.3-inch displays for the instrument cluster and infotainment, along with a dedicated 5-inch touchscreen for climate control. Kia is also expected to tweak the cabin layout to improve space and overall usability.

Mechanically, the current engine options will continue. This includes the 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol, the 1.5-litre turbo petrol and the 1.5-litre diesel, paired with manual, iMT, IVT and DCT gearbox choices. Kia may also introduce a self-charging hybrid variant for the first time.
Feature upgrades are likely to include improved connected-car technology with OTA update support and a more capable ADAS suite.

Kia will announce full details and pricing on December 10. Based on the teaser and test observations, the upcoming facelift appears to be a major upgrade, offering more than just cosmetic tweaks to deliver a premium, better-equipped Seltos for India.
