Kia EV2 ready for global debut at the 2026 Brussels Motor Show

Kia is preparing to unveil its latest entry-level electric SUV, the EV2, at the Brussels Motor Show on January 9, 2026. The unveiling will take place at 10.40am at Kia’s stand in Hall 5, Stand 3. Entirely designed, developed and built in Europe, the EV2 marks Kia’s latest attempt to offer affordable electric mobility in the continent’s fast-growing EV space.

The EV2 will star in Kia’s showcase at the event, which takes place from January 10 to 18, 2026. Also on display will be the performance GT versions of the EV3, EV4 Hatchback and EV5, expanding Kia’s electric portfolio into multiple segments.

Marc Hedrich, President & CEO of Kia Europe, emphasized the purpose of the model: “With the EV2, we reaffirm our commitment to making electric mobility truly accessible – without compromise.” He added that the compact SUV brings the innovation and character of Kia’s larger EVs in an everyday-friendly format for European customers.

The EV2 leverages Kia’s bold ‘Opposites United’ design philosophy, combining modern styling with advanced technology, connectivity features and all-electric capabilities.
